For PKD patients with hypertension, it seems ACE inhibitors are prescribed first, then ARB if there is a problem with ACE inhibitor. Side affects aside, is there any advantage of one over the other for PKD patients?
Accepted Answer

In my opinion there is no advantage of either class of drug over another.
